1. Check all the components with the list.
2.Devide the main board and the communication board.

3. Put the LED into then solder. (Please be careful the direction.)

3.Solder
XTAL(Y1), 30pF ceramic condenser (C5,6), RA1(Array resistor 471), 104pF miler condenser(C1,2,3,7), push
button S/W(S1), 10K Resistor(R1), 10uF Electrolytic condenser(C4).
Solder 30pF ceramic condenser obliquely and low becasue the 8051CPU goes high^^
Solder the array resistor and electrolytic condenser as the picture, please consider the direction.
The part which has a dot is common.
The electrolytic condenser which has a white line is a indication.Solder

Solder the header
pin male(J1, 2, 4, 5, JP1)and header pin female(J3, J6-communication board).

5. Solder IC socket U1, U2, U4, U5. At this time, cut the bottom of the U1 for the
prevention of the confliction with 30pF ceramic condenser. The IC socket which has a groove is for the IC1.

6. For the IC socket U3, prepare 4 round sockets with 14hole, solder as a 2-stages.

7. Solder headerpin felmale J6, IC socket U6, connector male J7, J8 and 4 electrolytic condenser 22uFs.

Put U1 into the 8051 or 8031(CPU), put U2 into 74HC573(latch), put U4 into 61256(ram), on the top of them . put U3 27C256(rom) and U5 into 16V8(gal), at the last. put U6 into MAX232 (communication chip) as the direction to IC which has a dot or a groove to be upper.

Put LED on-and-off into J2.
put 2 jumpers into JP1 vertically. (when you use 27C256,29C256) when put it horizontally, use 28C256.

Combine the communication board and main board as the picture.

Make the communication cable..

11.Put the power into. Be careful the direction. If the polarity is changed, the board will have vital defect. LEDs are lightening from upper 4 LEDs then lower 4 LEDs then all the 8 LEDs are turned on. It is normal operating. You should check the memory at the communication situation and download one file for make sure.
